Do I/We need to open an account with Fenix Inc to be able to order products online?

YES. Fenix Inc is a wholesaler of ammunition and outdoor goods. We are only allowed to sell to businesses.

The following information is required when opening an account:
• Business Name
• Business Address
• Business Number
• Business Number
• Business License
• FFL License (if available)
• Personal Guaranty
• W9 Form (if applicable)

What payment methods are available when ordering online?

Customers can pay cash upon delivery or via ACH. If paying via ACH, the customer must submit an application for review and approval.
Credit and debit cards will be available soon.

What forms of shipment or delivery are available to me?

Orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days unless otherwise arranged with Fenix Inc. All orders must be paid in full prior to or upon delivery if paying COD. Customers may request terms of up to 30-days but must be approved by Fenix Inc Management.

What if I/We need/want a product not available or is currently not being offered by Fenix Inc?

Customers may submit a request for new products via our contact page. (please put link here) Fenix Inc will do all it can to procure the product for you.
